Bitz Films – Terms of Service

Welcome to Bitz Films! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our web and mobile application (the “App”), operated by Bitz Films (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

  1. Eligibility

    You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use the App. By using Bitz Films, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

  2. Accounts

    • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
    • You must provide accurate and current information when creating your account.
    • You are responsible for all activities under your account.

  3. Content & Usage

    Bitz Films provides access to vertical films, episodes, and related features.

    • Content is for personal, non-commercial use only.
    • You may not:
      • Copy, distribute, or publicly perform content without authorization.
      • Circumvent technical protections.
      • Use the service for unlawful or harmful purposes.

  4. Virtual Items (Bits or Coins)

    • Bits or Coins may be purchased and used to access premium content.
    • Purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by law.
    • Bits or Coins have no real-world cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.

  5. Payments

    Payments are processed by third parties (e.g., Google, Apple, PayPal). We do not store your full payment details. Transaction confirmations may be stored to maintain your purchase history.

  6. Termination

    We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, abuse the service, or engage in unlawful activity. You may delete your account at any time (see Data Deletion Policy).

  7. Intellectual Property

    All content, trademarks, and software in the App are owned by Bitz Films or our licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App.

  8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

    • The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
    • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
    • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

  9. Changes to Terms

    We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

  10. Governing Law

    These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
